Shipping & Delivery Policy
Welcome to Cat Speomate. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and transparently as possible. Please read our shipping terms below to understand how your package is processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification, with your tracking number, once your order has shipped.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
We ship directly from our verified fulfilment partners and global suppliers so we can offer you the best combination of price and quality.
- United Kingdom & United States: 5 to 12 business days
- Europe & Canada: 6 to 14 business days
- Rest of the World: 10 to 18 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are subject to courier schedules and seasonal demand.
3. Shipping Rates
- Standard Tracked Shipping: £4.99 flat rate
- FREE shipping on all orders over £50
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link. If you have any trouble tracking your parcel, email support@catspeomate.com with your order number and we will check it for you.
5. Delays, Customs & Import Duties
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but delays caused by customs clearance, weather, or postal strikes are outside our direct control. Any import duties, taxes or fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Incorrect Address
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered is correct. If you need to change your address, contact us at support@catspeomate.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot alter delivery addresses once an order has been dispatched.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Cat Speomate is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. On request we will supply the delivery confirmation, date, tracking information and carrier details so you can open an investigation with the courier.
